It is the promptness and courtesy of our office team taking telephone enquiries and handling orders, our butchery teams in expertly cutting and carefully packaging, our fleet of lorry and van drivers efficiently and politely delivering and us as the family and management team listening to customer feedback and developing what we do.

After five decades in business, we have a well-practised operation but we know we can always improve, fortunately our customers know we will always strive to put things right in the rare event of a problem, that’s what customer care means to us.
